The Israeli ministry of communications Public inquiries system was built on a Salesforce SaaS platform. In order to adjust the user interfaces for the needs of the office – I designed a custom interfaces.
The desktop screens you see belonging to the internal users in the office. The inquiry details screen is a central screen in the work of those who handle public inquiries in the office. At the same time, by default the screen was very busy and the information was arranged in a non-hierarchical manner and not so comfortable to use. My task was to redesign it so that it would fit as much as possible into everyday work. In order to adapt the screen to the users as well as to understand how they use the system, I sat down to talk with several employees and also made observations on them while working.
The mobile screens are intended to the public, where they can watch their applications and the process of handling them. In addition, I designed the annual Public inquiries report according to the graphic brand identity I built earlier.
